Hello RSLL Families and Coaches,

Its finally here! Let's PLAY BALL!

As the season kicks off, we want to take this opportunity to remind everyone our code of conduct policy on the field. We all want to see our players and teams do well but at the end of the day, it is just a kids game. Negative comments, arguments, and escalating issues on the field create anxiety for our kids and simultaneously remove the fun from their activity.  We also want to remind everybody that all coaches and all board members in this league are volunteers. We volunteer our time because we love the game and want to see every kid in this organization have fun and learn the game of softball. So please remember the following rules:

• All spectators and participants will respect coaches, players, umpires.
• All spectators and participants will respect the decisions made by umpires and league officials.
• All spectators and participants will refrain from profanity, slurs or other displays of anger.
• All spectators and participants will use only positive words of encouragement while cheering.
• No spectators or participants will demean, intimidate, or verbally abuse any player, coach or official.

Violating these policies will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the field.
